My Hero Academia Earth 2 - Villain Todoroki (Redraw)

For him I decided to change the whole design, keeping only the scars and the red of his suit but in general here it looks much better, it makes him look a bit more elegant compared to his previous design, besides he wanted to try my style of drawing fire.
